These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by FemTech Bahamas. By purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
FemTech Bahamas provides website design, website development, website revival/editing services, SEO setup, booking forms, e-commerce setup, and optional monthly maintenance services. Services are offered as one-time packages or monthly subscriptions depending on the product selected.
Website packages (Starter, Pro, and Business) are billed as one-time payments. Each package includes the features listed at the time of purchase. Additional features or changes beyond the package scope may require a separate quote.
The Website Revive service is a one-time paid service designed to fix, refresh, or improve an existing website. This may include content updates, layout adjustments, mobile responsiveness fixes, speed improvements, website fixes, and basic SEO cleanup.
Complex edits, new features, or large redesign requests may require a custom quote before work begins. A deposit may be required prior to starting revive work.
Existing FemTech Bahamas clients may request future website updates, redesigns, or content changes after their original website has been delivered. These updates are billed as a one-time service fee unless the client is actively subscribed to the Website Maintenance Plan.
The cost of one-time update services will be quoted based on the scope of requested changes. Work will begin once payment or deposit is received.
FemTech Bahamas offers an optional monthly Website Maintenance Plan for existing clients only. This subscription includes weekly backups, security monitoring, plugin or system updates, uptime monitoring, and minor content changes (text or images).
The maintenance plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting FemTech Bahamas directly. No long-term contract is required.
Subscription Cancellation: Clients may cancel their website maintenance subscription at any time by contacting FemTech Bahamas at thefemtechbahamas@outlook.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Once cancelled, website updates and maintenance services will stop at the end of the current billing period.
The maintenance plan does not include major redesigns, new feature development, or large content updates. Any work outside the maintenance scope may require a separate quote and invoice.
All payments must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. One-time services may require a deposit prior to starting. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Failed payments for subscriptions may result in service suspension.
Clients agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, and feedback required to complete website services. Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.
Project timelines vary depending on package size, scope, and client responsiveness. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
Upon full payment, clients own the final website design and content. FemTech Bahamas retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio purposes.
FemTech Bahamas may display completed work in marketing materials, portfolios, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
FemTech Bahamas reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion for abusive behavior, illegal content, or non-payment.
FemTech Bahamas is not liable for business losses, data loss, or downtime resulting from website outages, third-party services, or client-side changes.
