Terms & Refund Policy

FemTech BHS, also referred to as FemTech Bahamas

1. Services

FemTech Bahamas provides custom website design, development, branding, and digital consulting for businesses.

2. Deposits & Payments

All website projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The deposit confirms your booking and allows design and planning to start immediately.

3. Refund Policy

Because design and planning work begins immediately after a deposit is made, deposits are only partially refundable. If the project is canceled, up to one quarter (25%)of the deposit may be refunded depending on how much work has already been completed.

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once design, research, or development work has started, the remaining portion of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for your website is due only after the project has been fully completed and delivered. You will not be charged the remaining balance until your website is finished.

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately after design approval. Payment is required before website files, code, or deployment are released.

5. Design Approval

Clients will receive a design preview through Figma prior to development. Feedback and approval are required before development begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide requested content and feedback in a timely manner. Delayed responses may affect project timelines.

7. Timeline

Project timelines vary based on complexity and client response time. FemTech Bahamas does not guarantee delivery dates if client materials are delayed.

Intellectual Property

All designs, mockups, and source code remain the property of FemTech Bahamas until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Portfolio Use

FemTech Bahamas may display completed projects in marketing or portfolio listings unless otherwise requested by the client.

10. Right to Refuse

FemTech Bahamas reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

FemTech Bahamas is not responsible for any business losses, downtime, lost revenue, or damages resulting from the use of the website or third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, or external platforms.
